Eligibility for Returns

Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@godaleather.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will promptly send you a return shipping label and offer clear instructions on the return process. Please note that we do not accept items sent back without prior authorization.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or bespoke products.
- Products that have already been replaced.
