Delivery times

In Europe, delivery takes a maximum of 5 business days (excluding models that are “made to order”, in which case the shipment date is indicated on our website as well as your order confirmation email).

International delivery takes a maximum of 6 to 9 business days (excluding models that are “made to order”, in which case the shipment date is indicated on our website as well as your order confirmation email).

Countries of delivery 

We deliver worldwide, except to the following countries: Belarus, Iraq, Iran, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.

Our 14-Day Return Policy

14-Day Return Window: We understand that sometimes, despite careful consideration, a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. This means that from the moment you receive your order, you have two weeks to decide if it’s truly the right fit for you. This generous time frame allows customers to assess their purchase at their own pace, ensuring a stress-free shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return request.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@godaleather.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will promptly send you a return shipping label and offer clear instructions on the return process. Please note that we do not accept items sent back without prior authorization.

Items That Cannot Be Returned: Please note that it is not possible to return the following:

  • Customized or bespoke products.
  • Products that have already been replaced.

Important Information for International Customers: For returns initiated from outside the European Union (EU), please be aware that all return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process: The amount of the return will be credited according to the method of payment chosen during the original purchase.

Return Request Procedure

Requesting a Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please send an email to info@godaleather.com within 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return authorization.

Include Essential Information: In your email, please provide the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Item Code(s) of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Specify whether you are requesting a color exchange, product exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Successful Processing of Your Return: If all the conditions mentioned below are met, your return will be processed successfully:

Conditions for Returns: Before creating a return request, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The tag must still be attached, and the seal unbroken.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • All original accessories, including free gifts, must be returned along with the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Exchanges and Shipping Charges: If you wish to make an exchange, please note that you will be responsible for the new shipping charge, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

 

Modifying or Canceling Your Order

Request for Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to make changes to or cancel your recently placed order, please contact us at info@godaleather.com. Depending on the current status of your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Changing Your Order: For issues with your order, such as errors in the shipping address, incorrect item quantity, or other concerns, please email us at info@godaleather.com with the subject “Change Order.”

Canceling Your Order: If you wish to cancel your order, kindly email us at info@godaleather.com with the subject “Cancel Order.” Please also specify the reason for the cancellation.
